I have an account through Cred-, which is collecting for -. I 've received several phone calls where if I do n't agree to their terms ( I need flexibility ) then they start yelling, interrupting, and using tones that aggravate me when all I 'm trying to do is settle the best that I can. VERY FRUSTRATING.
