NRA Group, LLC Debt collection communication tactics you told them to stop contacting you, but they keep trying December 3, 2018 - On -/-/18, I received a telephone call from -, in which the caller wanted to verify my name ; since this is not the first call I received I advised that " I am not willing to confirm my identity to you, please stop calling and provide validation to the address you believe is on file and if it is indeed me I will call back and make arrangements '' ; instead the caller just terminated the call and disregarded everything I said.
