The representative became rude when she told them to call me. She provided me with their contact information -. When I called the company back the representative informed me they do not have my social security number on file and asked me to provide my social security number. When I refused to provide my social security number the representative became very rude, informed my the information was being sent to my local county courts to take action, and then she hung up. I still do not know what debt this company is try... |

I called back to speak with the employee but then they just kept me on hold for a long period of time. When asked if they could send me something in writing that 's when the employee became rude. The recorded message states that they have attempted to call me 5 times, which is not true. The message goes on to say legal action will be taken if I do not return their call.
