Rash Curtis and Associates Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls December 13, 2016 - I have been threaten with a law suit and I constantly receive calls from Rash Curtis Associates at least 2-3 times a day sometimes 4 and I have asked them not to contact me. I did business with an Attorney back in - and he was fully paid. I received a notice from Rash Curtis Associates in -/-/-, alleging I still owe the firm that is no longer in practice a debt of $18000.00. The notice states the debt was for services rendered on -/-/- which is more than 7 years old. I also advised the rep that I paid the debt in full. He agreed it was paid in full but told me I was late on ... |

I have continued to receieve phone calls : -/-/2016 at - -/-/2016 at - -/-/2016 at - I have sent them 4 notices, all faxed and then sent by standard USPS delivery. When I do answer there is nobody on the line, sometimes there is a recording requesting me to call back.
