I have been threaten with a law suit and I constantly receive calls from Rash Curtis Associates at least 2-3 times a day sometimes 4 and I have asked them not to contact me. I did business with an Attorney back in - and he was fully paid. I received a notice from Rash Curtis Associates in -/-/-, alleging I still owe the firm that is no longer in practice a debt of $18000.00. The notice states the debt was for services rendered on -/-/- which is more than 7 years old. I also advised the rep that I paid the debt in full. He agreed it was paid in full but told me I was late on my payments to the firm and the balance of $18000.00 is the interest that has incurred.
