I do not know Communication tactics Called after sent written cease of comm California

I received a phone call on my direct line at my place of employment on -/-/- at which time I sent them a letter via fax and USPS to cease and desist contacting me at my place of employment during my work hours. I have continued to receieve phone calls : -/-/2016 at - -/-/2016 at - -/-/2016 at - I have sent them 4 notices, all faxed and then sent by standard USPS delivery. On -/-/- I spoke to a woman named - who verified that they had received my communications and was unsure why I was continuing to get calls. She was going to contact their IT department.
