KeyBank NA Credit card billing statement

January 16, 2016 - Using an automated form field from a website where I frequently make purchases, I inadvertently charged - purchase to my Key Bank MasterCard. I did not receive any bills or payment due notices from Key Bank regarding the outstanding balance on this card. ( This did n't seem odd, as I do n't normally maintain a balance on this card, so I was n't expecting a bill. ) Key Bank began reporting my account as delinquent, but never successfully contacted me in order to resolve the issue. KeyBank NA Credit card billing statement

December 1, 2015 - Recently, I became aware that my credit card was switched from paper statements to electronic statements. This occurred without my knowledge or consent. I have been receiving paper statements for the past 20 years. I recently signed up for the credit cards rewards program and it may have switched me to electronic statements when I registered, however I was not aware of the change.
