KeyBank NA Credit card department,
Using an automated form field from a website where I frequently make purchases, I inadvertently charged - purchase to my Key Bank MasterCard. I did not receive any bills or payment due notices from Key Bank regarding the outstanding balance on this card. ( This did n't seem odd, as I do n't normally maintain a balance on this card, so I was n't expecting a bill. ) Key Bank began reporting my account as delinquent, but never successfully contacted me in order to resolve the issue. Key records claim that they sent me an email balance statement monthly, but I am not receiving these from them. Even to this day, they have made no effort to resolve the ineffectiveness of their email delivery system. Key records claim that the sent me - ( - ) document in the mail to notify me of the issue after my credit was revoked. I did not receive this document.
I have sent two messages to the Key Bank Credit Inquiry Department explaining the circumstances and requesting that they take some responsibility for the ineffectiveness of their billing system. I have also spent over 4 hours on the telephone with customer service representatives. All of these efforts have been ineffective. Key Bank is taking no responsibility for their involvement in this issue. My credit score has dropped from over - to under - due to this issue. I am still unable to receive billing communications from Key Bank.
