Washington Federal Bank account or service making/receiving payments, sending money December 23, 2016 - My American bank, Washington Federal, has recently changed its policy regarding electronic transfer of funds to a non-US bank. For years, I have been able to make such transfers to a Danish account in -, which I did most recently barely three months ago ( - 2016 ).
