P&L Acquisitions LLC Credit card credit card protection / debt protection October 19, 2015 - There is a 6.5 year old debt that I have been fighting for a number of years. I have filed fraud documentation with the original creditor, -, and they are working on the process of clearing that now. The debt was taken out when I was under the age of - by whomever took the debt out. Also, the statute of limitations for an open account ( credit card ) is three years in the state of Louisiana.
