First National Bank of Omaha Credit card credit card protection / debt protection June 10, 2016 - There was a non authorized transaction on my credit card ( that had a - balance ). The company, First National Bank of Omaha, allowed for the transaction to take place. While I disputed the charge, the company proceeded to charge me " late fees '' in excess of $100.00. I now have a negative outstanding item on my credit report with -. I ask that this be corrected immediately. My consumer rights were violated by multiple institutions and I ask for CFPB 's assistance in making me whole. I ask that the item at - be removed from my credit report immediately.... |

An employee had access to this card and once they had left the company, I had called First Bankcard and asked them to suspend it to prevent unauthorized use or fraud. I was told that I could have another card reissued and provide access to the new employee once I the hiring process was complete. First National Bank of Omaha Credit card credit card protection / debt protection September 3, 2015 - On -/-/-, a process server dumped a summons that had my name on it to my wife while I was not on premise. Regarding a credit card I held once with a banking association called FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMAHA. I do remember I did have a conversation with that institution once, informing them of my unemployment status, but not aware of the balance nor did I have any information in the form of statements to what that balance was. That particular credit card was destroyed, by myself, two years ago in -/-/-. Now I am being sued, by a law firm called - - - - -, - -, - ... |
