There was a non authorized transaction on my credit card ( that had a - balance ). The company, First National Bank of Omaha, allowed for the transaction to take place. While I disputed the charge, the company proceeded to charge me " late fees '' in excess of $100.00. I now have a negative outstanding item on my credit report with -. I ask that this be corrected immediately. My consumer rights were violated by multiple institutions and I ask for CFPB 's assistance in making me whole. I ask that the item at - be removed from my credit report immediately.
