They say I have to call them immediately because I am in trouble because a complaint has been filed against me. They will not identify themselves properly & I have received no such notices in the mail according to Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I have been injured and not able to properly communicate over the phone until recently. They call me a few times if not more each day. They have called my old employment and family even though they have my phone number that is still in full function. They have threatened a pending legal action and putting me in jail. They have not told me what the debt is or who they are associated with and I have never received anything in the mail from anyone about this matter. ... |

When i asked to send proof od debt in the mail she would n't. I placed fraud alert on my credit til i know if this is legitimate.
