Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened arrest/jail if do not pay California

I have been receiving calls from STP processing for awhile now and they rarely leave messages. I have been injured and not able to properly communicate over the phone until recently. They call me a few times if not more each day. They have called my old employment and family even though they have my phone number that is still in full function. They have threatened a pending legal action and putting me in jail. They have not told me what the debt is or who they are associated with and I have never received anything in the mail from anyone about this matter.
