Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened arrest/jail if do not pay Texas

This call was from the same number that I reported on -/-/15, reference # -. They say I have to call them immediately because I am in trouble because a complaint has been filed against me. They will not identify themselves properly & I have received no such notices in the mail according to Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. They are leaving a different number to call this time ( - ) - - -. But, their caller ID is the same as before ( - ) - - & when I called that number it eventually picked up on a voice mail saying it was STP Management Group. Other complaints against them on the internet. This message was a little less nasty than before when they threatened me with going to jail.
