Pentagon FCU Credit card billing disputes May 24, 2016 - I cancelled my service with - yet was still charged for it on my Pennfed Credit card. I called - - radio and was promised a refund, but never received it. I then disputed it with Pennfed. I both emailed back and forth with customer service and mailed the form. However, they claim it was never received and would not help me resolve the matter. In this day and age it is absurd that only snail mail is accepted, but that is another issue.
