PayPal Credit card customer service / customer relations October 4, 2015 - A couple months ago, I was completing a transaction online and using my PayPal account was an option. As part of the checkout process, I was asked for my name and birth date. I thought they were updating their records. I came to learn they were issuing me a credit line for $5000.00 through PayPal Credit, which I did not want. I was annoyed by this, but not enough to do anything. Instead, I resolved never to use it. PayPal Credit card customer service / customer relations June 10, 2015 - Paypal Credit, aka -, did an inquiry on my credit report - - 2015. I never applied for credit with them. I saw this inquiry on my report so 6 weeks ago I contacted them and asked them to pull it, submitting certain documentation that they required. They have done nothing! Further I contacted - ( case # indicated above ) and they pass the buck to Paypal saying they can do nothing about it. PayPal Credit card customer service / customer relations May 19, 2015 - i signed up for a paypal credit card so I can make a large purchase on - and get 0 % interest for - year, I never made the large - purchase but continued to make small purchases. paypal took it upon themselves to use there credit card to charge all my - purchases, I never wanted to use this card until I made a large purchase, paypal already had all my bank debit card on file and should of used it to make payments not there credit card, I have used this debit card with paypal for - for the past - years. i feel that in the near future paypal will start to charge interest for ev... |
