PayPal Credit Card Complaint

Paypal Credit, aka -, did an inquiry on my credit report - - 2015. I never applied for credit with them. I saw this inquiry on my report so 6 weeks ago I contacted them and asked them to pull it, submitting certain documentation that they required. They have done nothing! Further I contacted - ( case # indicated above ) and they pass the buck to Paypal saying they can do nothing about it. As inquiries on my credit report can hurt my score, I do n't appreciate PayPal or any other company making inquiries on me when I have not applied or currently maintain credit with them. Further I do n't appreciate - in effect being a co-consipirator in this by passing the buck back to PayPal. I have go online and learned many other Americans have had inquiries on their credit reports as well from PayPal. A cease and desist order needs to be issued to PayPal and - needs to be advised they can not take illicit inquiries. - - - -, -
