The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is a 21st century agency that helps consumer finance markets work by making rules more effective, by consistently and fairly enforcing those rules, and by empowering consumers to take more control over their economic lives.

The CFPB will forward your complaint to FDIC and work to get a response. After your complaint is forwarded, FDIC has 15 days to respond to you and the CFPB. FDIC is expected to close all but the most complicated complaints within 60 days.

November 24, 2015 - The credit card company added a bunch of fees on to the card that were never detailed. When I received my first bill I called and questioned them as to what they were for and after dealing with them for 3 months they finally sent over a generic screen shot saying that 's what I signed. When I requested proof that I signed that they would not send me proof. I never signed agreeing to the fees.
