Torres Credit Services, Inc. Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls May 28, 2015 - I have been receiving a call every day from this phone number starting - weeks ago. Every time I pick up the phone, either the other party hung up or not said a word. I searched on the internet and found that it is a debt collecting company. I do n't own any debts so I never bothered to call back. I also blocked incoming calls from this number because it is very annoying!
