I have gotten into a place where I have had to make arrangements with this company due to lost of job unexpected life event, I have always kept my agreement and have tried my best not let the company " GUESS '' my circumstance. December 30, 2015 - I financed a vehicle through FRIENDLY FINANCE CORP. on -/-/-. My spouse took the vehicle in our divorce. My ex-wife defaulted on the payment and the vehicle was repossessed sometime in -/-/-. The original loan amount was around $11000.00. After the loan was charged-off a judgment was obtained against me in the amount $8800.00 plus accrued interest in the amount of $1400.00 with 22.9 % interest on the principal balance.
