My ex-wife and I divorced -/-/- I was court ordered to gave my ex - the vehicle, I was ordered to sign the car over to her, with the court order she was to pay the loan, after 5 years of not paying, now the loan company is going after me to pay loan, In the last years, I 've not heard a word from the loan company about any of this, the loan company did not repo the vehicle, she still has the vehicle to my understanding, -/-/- when I received my pay check, the loan company garnished my wages without me knowing, I received nothing in mail or a certified letter stating they were doing this,
