I made timely payments while subscribed to the device and never heard anything more until years later when i got a call from Alpha Recovery. I 've never missed a payment on anything in my life. I did n't want to hassle with it last time so I just paid it in full ( $130.00 ). Now, they are saying I owe that same amount again.
