The next year when the analysis was done they lowered it to $1400.00. They recently sold my mortgage to seneca mortgage and I have received a letter from them on - - 2015 stating that my mortgage will be going up to $1900.00. I called to inquire and was told that my escrow had a shortage and I could also pay the shortage in a one lump sum. I do n't have that kind of money.
