Umpqua Holdings Corporation Mortgage settlement process and costs December 8, 2015 - last year I applied for a loan with Umpqua bank ( actually sent a complaint to CFPB on the loan officer last year ) and rescinded the loan the day after I signed since it was not the terms I was told it was.
