I had switched cards and failed to update my information, which is on me. I understand. However after calling through the gym, another company and finally to a company called First Credit Services, I was on the line with an individual who was very vague and seemed to only respond to very fixed statements and out who I was, the gym i went to and a fairly outrageous dollar amount I had to pay.
