I continued to dispute this alleged debt, and they continue to tell me that they are not reporting this debt nor trying to collect on it, but I later receive this communication from RESURGENT, concerning the same debt that I disputed with LVNV Funding LLC four moths ago. Now RESURGENT, has refused to reply to my Debt Validation letters, send me the requested documents showing my signature on a contract. Now they continue to call my phone over and over all day, threatening to call my job, file a Civil Action against me. Please investigate this company illegal acts ... |

I have repeatedly asked for - - to substantiate the debt. My original complaint was dated -/-/- transaction ID -. A subsequent complaint was submitted -/-/-. As I stated before " until - - can provide evidence of this debt, the movement from one collection agency to another should be terminated.
