Shortly afterwards -/-/- Tropical Storm - came through - and flooded the vehicle. The owner was paying the car note but failed to maintain full coverage insurance on the vehicle because it was not being driven and he was going through a temporary hardship, however the car note never failed to be paid. Cavalry Investments, LLC Consumer Loan taking out the loan or lease February 3, 2016 - I am writing to see if I can do anything about Cavalry Portfolio Services. In - I co-signed for my son to purchase a car ; unfortunately it was repossessed the same year. I did not hear anything else about this until I tried to refinance my home in -. At this time I have found out that the Title to my home has been attached by Cavalry since - for the loan and the debt has been gaining interest and now I owe $21000.00. I was never contacted that this debt existed, and I was never served with a complaint. What can I do. I believe this is a crime. ... |
