I am writing to see if I can do anything about Cavalry Portfolio Services. In - I co-signed for my son to purchase a car ; unfortunately it was repossessed the same year. I did not hear anything else about this until I tried to refinance my home in -. At this time I have found out that the Title to my home has been attached by Cavalry since - for the loan and the debt has been gaining interest and now I owe $21000.00. I was never contacted that this debt existed, and I was never served with a complaint. What can I do. I believe this is a crime.
