DHI Mortgage Mortgage application, originator, mortgage broker March 10, 2017 - I have been dealing with DHI mortgage company for over a month to close on a house. I signed all my documents except for ones which contained numbers. I did that because the numbers were wrong. It took them the longest time to get back to me with the numbers and then when they did they were still incorrect. I had to follow up with them on whether everything was handled. Now we are - business days from closing and the want me to resign all initial disclosures because they stated I never signed them. I am extremely frustrated and feel as if they have been highly unorganized and unprofessional... |
DHI Mortgage Mortgage credit decision / underwriting August 4, 2016 - A Mortgage company, DHI, and my Mortgage Broker, - -, who is an AGENT for DHI MORTGAGE COMPANY, interfered with a contractual relationship I had with my builder, who sold me the new home, and my real estate agent and her broker, who agreed that I was to get a " CASH REBATE '' of $2000.00. The... |

It was during this preapproval that we discovered the existing of a Federal Tax Lien on my husband 's ( - -, - ) bureau. We believed at the time the lien was associated with his father. DHI Mortgage Mortgage settlement process and costs November 17, 2015 - The stupid - 3 day for CD disclosures to the consumer is the most ridiculous rule that has ever been created for the real estate community. Even if the CD changes the title and lender has to eat it. As a borrower my new home is ready and these changes has delayed us being able to get into the home 5 days and possibly more than that because of the - - holiday. I would think that after 3 months of searching for a home, and 30-45 days of underwriting and getting everything to the underwriter except a sample of blood, that the last thing I would want is an unnecessary delay. By that point... |
DHI Mortgage Mortgage application, originator, mortgage broker September 4, 2015 - I am in the process of purchasing a new house with - - and elected to use their mortgage company, DHI Mortgage as the lender. In starting the application I was given a number of forms to sign electronically, however, when it came to collecting the documentation to substantiate my qualification for the loan, the loan officer told me I could email my information or fax it. When I was inquired about a secure upload since I was being asked for bank statements, tax returns, pay stubs, etc I was told to just encrypt the PDF. I would feel more comfortable with a dedicated secure upload. For the... |
