Experian consumers have reported over 10 official complaints related to Other bank product/service. Out of the 10 consumer complaints against Experian, 10% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Experian responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 30% of consumer complaints against Experian resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 0% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

Experian Bank account or service account opening, closing, or management July 5, 2016 - Experian Credit Reporting indicates I signed up in -/-/-, which is true. However, I put in a request for cancellation in -/-/-. Experian says they received no notice of this and I have no confirmation email. I have asked them to examine their records for any logins to the site, and only requested credit back of $21.00 for the past 3 months, as that is standard to request for any purchase you dispute. Experian Bank account or service making/receiving payments, sending money October 30, 2015 - Experian ( a client of - ) was hacked. Lacking the appropriate security measures, the hackers downloaded my address, social security number, drivers license, number and the like. The hackers have enough information to steal my identity. So what is Experian proposing to do? Offer 2 free years of THEIR credit/identiy monitoring service ( - ). Really?
