Maury Cobb, Attorney at Law, LLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received October 24, 2016 - I am in collections with - for a charge of $2200.00. The debt collection was sent over to -, who then sent it over to their attorney office, Maury Cobb located in Alabama. First off, I have never received anything through the mail from any collection agency regarding the debt they are trying to collect. Once I received notice that their was this collection against me through checking my credit report, I called - in order to dispute the debt. - told me that I had to go through Cobb for anything further since the account was transferred over to them.
