July 9, 2015 - I have a rental property in - that was empty for a short period of time in - 2015. The utilities were supposed to never be transferred in my name ( due to an incoming tenant ) but apparently were because - - billed utilities to my account. - - has both my phone number, email, and address but I received no calls, no emails, no letters at my address in - and the tenants have stated they received no letters for bills or collection notices in my name.
