Prince Parker & Associates Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received November 29, 2016 - I was contacted by a debt collection agency. I notified the representative that I would like to dispute the debt because I did not owe the amount. The representative stated she would only mark my account as a refusal to pay. I stated multiple times that I do not owe the amount and she refused to acknowledge it and stated I am just refusing to pay.The representative then stated this call is over and ended the call.... |
