Equifax Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease managing the loan or lease October 23, 2015 - I hired a law firm in - 2013 because - was going outside the parameters of their contract and was committing deceptive trade. The supporting documentation is attached that I have tried to work with - and my attorney has also tried to work with - to correct the issues they are reporting. Essentially - has a glitch in their website and they are not processing payments in a timely fashion and then reporting them as past due although the payments are made prior to being 30 days over the due date. ... |
