April 21, 2015 - I have a non-tax, non-student loan debt through the U.S. State Department which was being collected by the U.S. Department of Treasury in which I had payment arrangements. Due to a change in their accounts receivable system in - I became lost in their system. My payments went uncashed, I stopped receiving statements and when I called, they could no longer locate my information.
