September 29, 2015 - I received a phone call today as well, as my husband, and mother-in-law from a woman named - from - and associates saying they were a law firm sending legal documents to my residence and/or work place so that I could be served. '' They said this was a civil lawsuit for a credit card from Well 's Fargo bank I opened and defaulted on in 2004.
