June 10, 2016 - I have a # of debts that I ca n't pay. I am - and depend on - . It takes every cent I receive just to stay alive. I ca n't pay any old debt. In the past I 've tried to explain this fact to debt collectors but they continue to call. I receive on someday 10-15 calls from various companies. I have stopped answering my phone, very rarely they will leave messages, sometime identifying as the Internal Revenue Service ( when I 've check # 's by reverse # look up they are reported a scam or fraudulent # 's. ...

August 14, 2015 - On Friday - - 2015, I received a voicemail from -. This number does not match the collection agency so I believe it was spoofed. The caller claimed to be from the - county sheriff 's office and stated that I had - warrants out for my arrest and that by calling me, I had been ''served '' I have no warrants and this call was from National Recovery Agency , a bill collector. The caller did not identify herself or state that she or the company was a debt collector. It is illegal to impersonate law enforcement and I doubt the sheriff 's office would take kindly to this. ...
