They then said that I was responsible for my husbands accounts with the. I told them no because they were not mine. They reported to the credit bureau that they were mine and that I had created the debts. I called the credit bureau and asked and they said absolutely not, they ca n't do that. Kings Credit Services Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine November 1, 2015 - Kings Credit Services was paid in - of this year for an old debt ( originating around 2010 ) earlier this year that was listed on my credit report as a result of a stipulation for qualifying for a loan to purchase a home for my family. In - they served me and my spouse with a summons that they are suing us for additional old debt they found after they received the a check for the original listed debt.
