Review and analysis of over 80 complaints against PayPal
PayPal consumers have reported over 80 official complaints related to Debt is not mine. Out of the 80 consumer complaints against PayPal, 10% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how PayPal responded to their complaint) and 98% were processed in a timely manner. 19% of consumer complaints against PayPal resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 41% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

When these - moved out of my house, they called their banks and did fraudulent chargebacks to get their money back from Paypal. I can prove they did this and PayPal just let them do it after I showed PayPal all the evidence that I was a victim of fraud.
