PayPal Debt Collection Complaint

I had renters who paid rent through PayPal. When these - moved out of my house, they called their banks and did fraudulent chargebacks to get their money back from Paypal. I can prove they did this and PayPal just let them do it after I showed PayPal all the evidence that I was a victim of fraud. PayPal told me I was responsible and is now sending me debt collection notices in the mail. I DO NOT owe this money. The - who owe it are the boys who committed chargeback fraud through their banks.
