OUTSTANDING JUDGMENT During the loan approval process I was informed of an outstanding judgment of $1500.00 by - ( initiated on -/-/- ) in Maryland. I provided a copy of the check ( - ) in the amount of $3100.00 and the - certified receipt showing receipt of the check by - on -/-/-. The total amount included both mine and my ex-husband 's share total payment. My ex-husband refused to pay his share of the judgment, so I paid the entire amount. U.S. Bancorp Credit reporting credit reporting company's investigation problem with statement of dispute January 27, 2017 - My complaint is with USBank. Apparently, they said that they mailed me a letter in -/-/2016 alerting me to an increase in my APR from 15.24 % up to 20.49 %. Supposedly this letter said that I could " opt out '' and close my account if I was not agreeable with this change. I have asked for proof this letter, which I never received. First of all, I never received this letter. Secondly, I would have opted out and closed the account. Thirdly, they have since increased my credit line to $21000.00. Please help!!... |
