The caller stated he was a process server who was scedule to serve paper because someone is taking me to court for debit. He gave a the number to National Arbitration ( - ) to call before Monday -/-/15, the he would server my papers. I called the number and was told by the woman who anwsered the phone I took out a payday loan with - - - that I did n't pay back and - - - is now taking me to court to press Fraud and bad check charges.
