National Principal Group, LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted employer after asked not to May 12, 2016 - I, my friends, my family, and my employer have all received multiple phone calls from an agency, purportedly to collect a debt. When describing the ways in which these collectors have violated the FDCPA, I had - or - different options from which to choose. These people have refused to verify any debt. They have refused to disclose from what agency they are calling. They have called my employer repeatedly, after the human resources manager hung up on them, in an attempt to block the line. They have called my employer threatening to serve me with papers, and asking how they can contact me.... |
National Principal Group, LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted employer after asked not to April 20, 2015 - This company has repeatedly called my cell phone and place of business. I have asked them to not call my work and to also send me in writing a letter about what they want. They refuse to give me any information unless I verify the last - of my ss number. I have no idea who is on the phone and would like something in writing which they refuse to send. They continue to say that they are going to serve me with notice '' and say that they will be by my house to which they never show up. They call everyday and I am so frustrated with them, if I owe a debt why do they refuse to send me anything ... |
