Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt October 8, 2016 - Credit Bureau Systems has withheld verification information and thus fraudulently represented a debt, for which they are claiming I am liable. Credit Bureau Systems failure to provide pertinent information regarding their claim, which I am entitled to under the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, has resulted in my inability to resolve the dispute in a timely manner, despite repeated requests ( both by phone and certified mail ).
