Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action seized/attempted to seize property December 3, 2015 - Lvnv Funding garnished over $10000.00 on a debt that was aged out in Washington state and that had gone through a mediation that had a class action lawsuit against and the mediation was thrown out. They sent out a number of threatening letters that appeared as official documents. The company sent out lawsuit paperwork that appeared as more of the bullying attempts and did not bear official seals of filing. Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action seized/attempted to seize property October 24, 2015 - LVNV Funding Has frozen my personal bank account and removed money, claiming that I knew I was being sued. Which I did not! Also I had to go to the court to get copies of the suit and the return card from registered mail. ( which does not have my signature on it ) The frozen bank account has caused me to borrow from a friend just to get by, to say nothing of the bills that are now over due because I could not access my bank account. ... |
