Lvnv Funding garnished over $10000.00 on a debt that was aged out in Washington state and that had gone through a mediation that had a class action lawsuit against and the mediation was thrown out. They sent out a number of threatening letters that appeared as official documents. The company sent out lawsuit paperwork that appeared as more of the bullying attempts and did not bear official seals of filing. Then without any further notice stole the money out of my account without warning.
