Resurgent Capital Services L.P. Debt collection department,

Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Seized/Attempted to seize property Pennsylvania

LVNV Funding Has frozen my personal bank account and removed money, claiming that I knew I was being sued. Which I did not! Also I had to go to the court to get copies of the suit and the return card from registered mail. ( which does not have my signature on it ) The frozen bank account has caused me to borrow from a friend just to get by, to say nothing of the bills that are now over due because I could not access my bank account.
