Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount December 4, 2015 - The manager gave us a letter saying that he would not do a walk through of the apartment required by law because of complaints filed with HUD. Then he sent us an illegal bill charging us for new paint, carpets, tile without including the receipts ( also against the law ) Now he hired these illegal lawyers to try to collect. I have filed a small claim case against them but had it delayed because of health problems. I demand that - return our security deposit or I will ask the judge to double the amount! ... |
