I contacted the collection agency as per the notice. The person I spoke to was rude and tried to push me into making a payment right then and there. When I explained my situation ( grieving the bill with my insurance company ) he tried to make it sound like I was refusing to resolve the debt because I was not going to make a payment that very day. I asked him about a payment plan and was told the amount of money I could afford ( $50.00 per month ) was insufficient and that if I did not pay it off in 4 ... |

The - time I made payment arrangement to mail/pay $20.00 per month and she said that would be fine. The next day they called again and said they had not record of this arrangement.
